• All of the software products for sale on this website are owned and were produced by the Earth Science Agency, LLC and they are protected by US and international copyright laws (Copyright 2005-2007 Earth Science Agency, LLC).
• You may use these software packages to develop and implement any number of SWF applications, and these SWF applications can be distributed freely.
• You may NOT distribute (i.e. sell or give away) any of the source codes included with these packages including all files with extensions: FLA, AS, MXP, and SWC.
• Anyone found to be illegally distributing our copyrighted products will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

• All of the software products for sale on this website are downloadable, and they are NOT shipped through the mail, so you will NOT receive a software box or cd.
• After you have made your purchase, your order will be processed and you will receive an email with instructions on how to download your product from our servers.
• Depending on when you make your purchase, it may take up to 1 business day to process your order. This process generally takes < 1 hour during our normal hours of operation, which are 9 am to 5 pm PST - Monday through Friday. If you have been waiting on your product for more than 1 business day, please notify us via email, and we will send your download instructions immediately.

Upgrades: Customers who are able to verify their original purchase may upgrade their products at a significant discount. For example, if you purchased the HD Video Player 5.x, you can upgrade to the HD Video Player 6.x by paying the difference in price. To take advantage of an upgrade opportunity, you should visit the purchase page for the that product and use the Google Checkout pulldown menu to locate the upgrade option that applies to your previous purchase. If you do not see an option that works for you, please contact us via email and we will send you an email invoice with a buy now link. The following restrictions do apply:

• This upgrade policy only applies to products of the same type. For example, if you purchased the MP3 Player 1.x, then you CAN upgrade to the MP3 Player 2.x, but you can NOT upgrade to any of the HD Video Player packages. And if you purchased a previous FLV player Developer package, you CAN upgrade to any of the current HD Video Player packages including the Zoom, Phantom, and Multichannel packages by paying the difference in price.
• If you don't have the original PayPal or Google Checkout receipt, we will try to verify your original purchase using any other information you provide (i.e. email address used for purchase, transaction ID, order number, date purchased, etc.).

Updates: Updates within the same product version number are free for existing customers. For example, if you purchased the HD Video Player 6.0, then you can download the 6.1 update for free by sending us an email with your original PayPal or Google Checkout receipt. If you don't have the original receipt, we will try to verify your original purchuse using any other information you provide (i.e. email address used for purchase, transaction ID, date purchased, etc.).

When a customer downloads one of our products there is no way to return it, so we have established the following criteria for refunds. If you do not meet these criteria, a refund will not be granted.

1. Customer did not receive their product after making a purchase. Please refer to the shipping section above for normal delivery times. If you have been waiting on your product for more than 1 business day, please notify us via email, and we will send your download instructions immediately. Once we have sent the link to download your product, you will no longer meet this criteria for a refund.
2. Customer must demonstrate that the product does not work as advertized on our website.

To avoid this issue altogether, we urge our customers to try our free downloadable demos and ask questions before making a purchase.
