ESA HD Media Player is distributed in four distinct packages:

1. Free Package
   Includes: Default Player SWF (customize using our Skin Wizard); Default Player FLA and Installable MXP (compatible with Flash CS4/CS5); Sample XML and HTML files.
   Branding: You may not alter, remove, disable, or cover any of the ESA branding included on the free player files.
   Support: None
   Restrictions: This free package has been released under the Creative Commons License. You do not need to purchase a license to use this player on any website, and the files included in this package may be distributed freely.
2. Developer Package
   Includes: Default Player SWF (customize using our Skin Wizard); Default Player FLA and Installable MXP (compatible with Flash CS4/CS5); Sample XML and HTML files.
   Branding: None
   Support: Free email support.
   Restrictions: This single-user license is non-transferable. The purchaser of this license may develop and implement any number of player SWF files for use on an unlimited number of computers and/or servers that are managed by the license holder; and the license holder may distribute their customized player SWF files to their clients (e.g. if you are developing a player for someone else). You may not distribute, sell, or give away any portion or version (including customized versions) of the other files included in this package, including all files with extensions: FLA, AS, MXP, and SWC.
3. Flash Pro Package
   Includes: Default Player SWF (customize using our Skin Wizard), Default Player FLA, Installable MXP, Component FLA/AS Source Files (compatible with Flash CS4/CS5), Additional Player Skin FLA files (Zoom, Phantom, Media Grid); Sample XML and HTML files.
   Branding: None
   Support: Free email and phone support. One free hour of customization support.
   Restrictions: This single-user license is non-transferable. The purchaser of this license may develop and implement any number of player SWF files for use on an unlimited number of computers and/or servers that are managed by the license holder; and the license holder may distribute their customized player SWF files to their clients (e.g. if you are developing a player for someone else). You may not distribute, sell, or give away any portion or version (including customized versions) of the other files included in this package, including all files with extensions: FLA, AS, MXP, and SWC.
4. Distributor Licenses
   We offer special distributor licenses to those who wish to repackage our player to sell on their own websites; giving the license holder a quick and easy way to monetize their websites without having to share the profits. Please contact us for details.

Legal Notice: Anyone found to be illegally distributing our copyrighted products will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

• ESA HD Media Player is available via download only (it is NOT shipped through the mail).
• If you have placed an order through Google Checkout, you will be presented with a license key and a link to download your product on the Order Confirmation page as soon as your order has been authorized. You will need to copy your license key before navigating to the download page.
• If your order is authorized by Google Checkout, but you are not presented with a license key and download link in the Order Confirmation page, please notify us via email, and we will send your license key via email.

Customers who have purchased one of our HD Media Player packages (on or after 7/24/09) can download the latest update for free by visiting the download page and entering their license key (provided at the time of purchase).

When a customer downloads one of our products there is no way to return it, so we have established the following criteria for refunds. If you do not meet these criteria, a refund will not be granted.

1. Customer did not receive their product after making a purchase. Please keep in mind that all product downloads are tracked through our download application, so we can verify if a customer has downloaded their product. If your order is authorized by Google Checkout, but you are not presented with a license key and download link in the Order Confirmation page, please notify us via email, and we will send your license key and a download link via email. Once we have sent the license key and download link via email, you will no longer meet this criteria for a refund.
2. Customer must demonstrate that the product does not work as advertized on our website.

To avoid this issue altogether, we urge our customers to try our free downloadable demos and ask questions before making a purchase.
