We are happy to alter the size, layout, colors, or configurable settings according to the specific needs of our customers, as long as those needs fall within the range of features already built-in to our products. There are limits to our customization services; in general we will NOT add complex new features that go beyond the scope of our pre-packaged products. Implementation

Don't know how to embed our products in your webpages or build your XML playlists? Let us do it for you!

Our knowledgeable staff can help you add our products to your existing webpages, and we will also help you organize your media items and build your XML playlists. There are limits to our implementation services; in general we will NOT build your entire website, set up your domain, or help you set up your servers or hosting accounts. Video Encoding

Don't know how to encode your videos to work with our HD video players? Let us do it for you!

We can help turn your raw media files into web-ready videos that download as fast as possible and look great. We have experience with all of the media formats supported by Flash, and we highly recommend the H264 codec. There are limits to our encoding services; we are NOT a video production company (i.e. we can NOT create or edit your content), we are NOT miracle workers (i.e. if your raw video is low quality, the resulting encoded videos will be low quality), and you must provide your media in a raw (or slightly compressed) format that can be encoded to either FLV or H264.
